More from Church on the Fourth of July

Here are a few more pics from our church's Fourth of July Picnic and service. It is such a large producion every year! They really go all out to make a wonderful spread. Each family brings a main dish and a side or dessert, and the church supplies watermelon, corn on the cob, BBQ'd beef sandwhiches, hot dogs and drinks. Maybe a few other things too...but that's all I remember.

This year they had a fun jumping tent! The kids loved it! Well, all but Isaiah. He said it was "too scawy!" So he didn't jump. Josiah jumped a lot though. Gabriel spent most of his free time scurrying about in a band of brothers with gun shaped sticks, ridding the world of "bad guys". It was a fun day. Later I'll post about the evening of the Fourth.

It looks and sounds like you all had a blast on the fourth! IT is by far my absolute favorite holiday! Better than Christmas! Can't wait to hear about that night.
